I visited your Hotel 18 months ago for a Spa break with my daughter, a birthday treat for me. Because I had enjoyed my time with you so much I decided to make a further visit. My visit was a treat for a friend for her 60th Birthday. My friend has never experienced a Spa break before. Everything lived up to my expectations. LIAM gave us a very friendly welcome. The room was very clean and well kept. We had an excellent evening dinner. We were given a gratuity by the manageress in the Restaurant. Which I felt was over and above but very acceptable. I had a Query on the complimentary selection of Gins. Liam said he was sure a mistake had been made. Conversations with the manager of the bar meant that I received three very well presented Gins. Most acceptable. The spa area is kept in pristine condition and the girls are very friendly and efficient. Making sure all your needs and wants are met. My friend loved every minute and plans to return next year I can not thank you enough for a Very enjoyable two days. I hope the take over by the Marriott group does not detract from your all ready friendly efficient service. Long may it last. On behalf of my friend a very BIG THANK YOU !!!!!! TO ALL THE STAFF INVOLVED

I have just returned from a Summer Spa Break at the Q Hotel Nottingham Belfrey . From the moment we arrived, we were delighted with the hotel and the value for money of the Spa package which we had booked . The rooms were excellent, the beds were very comfortable and the separate shower and bath was a welcome feature . We had three meals at the hotel and the staff in the restaurant were efficient and friendly and the food was good. In the Spa area, the therapists and the treatments were excellent and we all felt very relaxed and pampered . Finally , I would like to mention the reception staff who were helpful and efficient . My friends and I are planning a return visit very soon. A Huge 'Thank You ' to all the staff.

We stayed 2 nights with our 13 year old daughter and have to say that the huge bed was really comfortable including the down duvet. Every little detail had been thought through with all the extras such as fridge with drinks and snacks, ironing board, hair dryer, toiletries etc. The room was so spacious and absolutely spotless. The friendly staff in all areas of the hotel were fantastic and couldn't do enough. The children's menu was really good value and even large enough if you prefer a small adult portion as well as giving a good healthily choice rather than the usual 'nuggets & chips'! Can't thank the staff enough for a lovely stay and will definitely come again.
Only a very small gripe to give room for improvement was that the bath plug handle wouldn't work so when we lifted the plug out it was full of hair so hadn't been cleaned. It would be good to perhaps have brighter ighting in an area of the main room for doing makeup etc. as although it was nice to have dimmers for the ambience it was rather difficult if you needed ia stronger light rather than having to use the bathroom mirror. Get rid of the guests that think they are the only ones in the hotel that feel they can shout when they talk at midnight,!!!

The room was amazing. The whole hotel looked really modern and bed was extra comfy, shower was fantastic. Overall layout was great. Leisure facility was top, sauna and steam room, jaccuzzi too. The room was great!!!
They were rather slow to answer the phone when calling reception from your room, had to ring four seperate times and still no answer from the front desk. Needed a plaster which they said their medical person would have to administer, three phone calls and one hour later some body knocked on the door, handed over a plaster and left. Rather disapointed with that service.

We have just had a brill weekend here for my daughters hen party, the staff are brill nothing is to much trouble for any of them. I must say a big thank you to Mathew Foster who was so professional at all times but with a great sense of humour keep up the great work .Food was A +++++++++++

Everything. Good food, lovely wine, heavenly treatments, really friendly and helpful staff. The spa package we was on was great value for money and hotel room comfortable.
Only small gripe was lunch time meal served in lounge bar would be better in more relaxed setting away from business customers.

Very Friendly, Welcoming and Efficient Staff, Lovely cooked breakfast the following morning. Excellent room facilities, seperate shower was a nice touch in the bathroom which was also spacious. I booked with as a 1st Wedding Anniversary gift for myself and my husband and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely recommend to others and will be staying again in the future.
